Digital signage and audio platform migration without interruptions

Changing platforms shouldn’t put your clients’ operations at risk. We plan and carry out the whole migration so the transition is orderly, controlled and practically invisible in the stores.

How we migrate

  1. Initial assessment

We inventory the current network: screens, audio players, content, schedules, integrations and users, and check the compatibility of the existing hardware.

  2. Migration plan

We define the phases, the calendar, the work windows and a rollback plan for each stage, under our change enablement process.

  3. Content and configuration migration

We move media, templates, playlists, schedules and users, and rebuild the integrations on the new platform.

  4. Phased transition

We migrate stores gradually, with both systems running side by side during the transition, to validate each phase before moving on.

  5. Validation and handover

We check that every location works, record every item in the CMDB and hand over the final documentation.

Benefits

Keep your hardware investment

Thanks to compatibility with multiple operating systems, much of the existing hardware can be reused.

No interruptions in the stores

The work is done in phases and at agreed times, so end customers aren’t affected.

Controlled risk

Each phase has a defined rollback plan in case it’s needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my current players?

In many cases, yes. During the initial assessment we check which devices are compatible and which are worth replacing.

Is content migrated automatically?

Media files are moved directly. Templates and schedules are adapted to the new platform depending on the source system.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the size of the network and the existing integrations. After the initial assessment we deliver a detailed calendar.
